Fine Art Appraisals are completed by a member of the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) in compliance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and in accordance with ISA principles and procedures for the evaluation and valuation of personal property. Art ADAPTS offers the following appraisal services:
Insurance coverage and damage/loss claims
Estate evaluations and property distributions
Non-cash IRS charitable contributions
Appraisal reviews
Appraisal Specialties in 15th-to-21st-Century American & European Art, including:
Paintings

Traveling Exhibition Services provide guidance to art collectors about:
Evaluation of art collections for viability as traveling exhibitions
Curation of art collections (including research and writing) for potential traveling exhibitions

The advising and/or appraisal fee is based on the time to research and prepare your deliverables. No fee will be charged for work until a written estimate is agreed upon by both parties.
No refund will be issued for completed service. Service cancellation and partial refund for unperformed work is possible depending on work progress.
Valuation conclusions are non-negotiable.
